Overview & Highlights
Yo! I made this loop route in hopes of finding the best roads Washington State and the PNW has to offer. I might have found them. Massive vistas over looking valleys up to 5400ft above sea level, fast winding descents on mountain edges and just pure gravel goodness. On this ride I go up towards Blowout Mountain on forest service roads, mostly all gravel with some fast pavement sections sprinkled in. I was shooting 4K and 60fps with my main camera and body mounted GoPro, as well as some time-lapse shots. This course was long, hard and not for the weak. I found a cool 4×4 only road, called Naches Pass, that was rad to ride through. My recently added Lauf Grit SL suspension fork helped mob like a mad-man on that road and on the long, bumpy descents. Here are some highlight photos and a VLOG video I made for this epic ride.

Notes & Hazards
The loop is almost all gravel. The first and last part is really smooth pavement. Most of the first climb doesn’t have any shade, so things got pretty hot for me. Towards the top of the first climb, the road gets pretty rough, so bigger tires will definitely be nice to have. Water is at the most eastern corner of the ride, at about 24miles in. The Naches Trail is about 2 miles and a little slow at a few parts that have to be walked.
